Mark Gallagher, motivational and business speaker, has been announced as the new leader of Cosworth F1's Business Unit. With Mark Gallagher's experience, there is no better man for the job. mark has a wide range of experience in the professional motorsport industry, having worked in F1, WRC and A1GP for over 26 years in total. He is the former Jordan Grand Prix and Jaguar Racing team member from 2005, having most recently managed Status Grand Prix Ltd, the team he co-owned and co-founded. They gained victory for Ireland in 2009 for the A1GP World Cup of Motorsport.
Mark Gallagher stated, "The opportunity to lead Cosworth’s Formula 1 operations is one that I am relishing. As we start an exciting new chapter in the history of Cosworth’s contribution to Formula 1 my focus will be on ensuring that the technical excellence inherent in our products and the trackside support we will provide will play a significant role in enabling our customers to achieve their goals."
